THE ATMOSPHERE
The atmosphere of the school is built around the presence of God. An entire culture is lived out day after day with worship as a primary expression. Passion, purity, power and love of the presence of God are center stage. These values define our atmosphere and are manifest in our worship, ministry and relationships with each other. Everything is connected to the presence of God.
CSSM is a Holy Spirit-driven ministry school where students learn how to live in the Kingdom of God and extend its borders through a supernatural lifestyle. The school is multi-generational with participants ranging in age from 18 to 60 and many students who come have had years of educational, ministry or professional experience. One of CSSM’s core values is honor, and one way this happens is through joining the generations together and teaching every age group to value and serve one another.
ACADEMIC LIFE
CSSM emphasizes hands-on training and experience along with academic understanding. This creates a “teach and do” culture where all of the students are expected to take risks to stretch their faith and grow in their understanding of God. CSSM believes that each verse of the Bible is an invitation into an experience with the Lord and students are challenged to live the New Testament. This produces a class environment where disciples practice the things they are being taught while instructors coach the process and all this takes place in a setting of passionate worship.

CULTURE
CSSM was created with several guiding principles in mind and one of those is that all Christians are in full-time ministry, regardless of their occupation. Whether someone is a doctor, an architect, a photographer, a pastor, a mom or a missionary, all believers are called to live a life that represents Jesus and the values of His kingdom here on earth. Life in Jesus means there is no difference between the secular and the spiritual.
In light of this, our primary focus at CSSM is to equip students to be naturally supernatural everywhere, irrespective of their vocation. We want to equip and empower students to transform every sphere of influence they walk in for the King and His Kingdom. For us, this means that our graduates are as comfortable healing the sick and prophesying as they are at communicating effectively in relationships, managing their own lives or leading in a ministry.
The school is designed to produce graduates who are full of love, integrity, confidence and honor and are able to walk in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.
One of the ways that CSSM students have the opportunity to influence many different spheres of culture in the church, community and the nations is through our ministry team and missions outreach. Being a part of these ministries not only hones their sensitivity to the Holy Spirit but serves as a practical outworking of the values they have been learning at school. There are plenty of opportunities to practice what is learned in the school in everyday life.

Senior Leaders and Founders of CSSM, as well as Lead Pastors of Salt Life Church, Ken and Lesa Henderson are revivalists with a passion for preaching the Gospel and seeing people encounter the presence of God, healed and set free. They have been in ministry for more than 25 years. During that time they have traveled throughout the U.S. leading Praise and Worship, preaching revivals, women’s conferences and youth camps, in addition to being lead pastors in Jacksonville, FL. They’ve served as state evangelist and pastors with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and as pastors of Cornerstone Ministries.
The Henderson’s believe in and are passionate about ministering beyond the walls of the church, in forgotten and dark places of society. They lead teams in street ministry, where they feed and pray for the homeless, addicts and needy in some of the roughest impoverished areas. They also take a message of hope into nursing homes, prisons and halfway houses and to other nations. As a result they are seeing God move mightily in the lives of those they minister God’s love to, with miracles, signs and wonders. Many are being miraculously set free from bondage and addiction. They continue to witness many people healed of cancer and other incurable diseases.
In addition to ministry Pastors Ken and Lesa are passionate about the arts and are published authors, screenwriters and filmmakers. They have worked in Hollywood in the film industry for a number of years, have produced a film, a documentary and are currently working on another documentary, "Hope Has a Name," featuring Heidi Baker, Deena Van't Hul (Voice of the Apostles Speaker), Randy Clark and many others. It is set for release Fall 2017.
Pastor Ken is a Bible scholar and his anointed and insightful teaching serves well as he oversees and teaches at CSSM. He is also a gifted musician and worship leader with more than 30 years of experience.
Lesa enjoys traveling and speaking at women’s conferences. She began teaching on spiritual warfare 20 years ago and
Today, leads a team of speakers with – Women Warriors of God – a spiritual warfare conference designed especially for women. WWG has been experiencing great success and many testimonies are pouring in as a result.

The mission of CSSM is to train and equip revivalists who passionately pursue worldwide transformation in their areas of influence and culture. We are committed to developing gifted leaders through the anointing and instruction of the Holy Spirit and launching them into such arenas as missions, arts, marketplace, pastoral ministry, inner healing, prophetic and community leadership.
CSSM emphasizes the need for believers to share the love and truth of God with a demonstration of power through signs, wonders and miracles. Hands-on training & activation partnered with Biblical understanding and instruction help develop, encourage and strengthen personal gifts. CSSM believes that we are to experience the supernatural in ministry and life.
